The exploits of a suspected thief came to a violent halt as residents of Gros Islet, upset his plans on Wednesday, June 21st. The man, attempted to burglarize a vacant home, according to sources. Upon realization of this, residents confronted the would-be thief and proceeded to beat him. The unidentified male was seen gasping for air after the incident and was later carried to a medical facility for his wounds to be attended to.
