The Department of Education wishes to advise parents and guardians that school will re-open on
Monday, June 26, 2023 at all institutions with the exception Bexon Primary, Vieux Fort Primary, Belle
Vue Combined and Mongouge Combined Schools.
The Department also informs parents and guardians that work has commenced to restore the four
schools to conditions suitable for instruction. An update on the date for resumption of instruction at
these institutions will be issued on Monday, June 26 2023.
The Department of Education thanks everyone for their continued dedication and commitment to the
education of our students and regrets any inconvenience caused due to the temporary closure of the four
schools.
