According to reports, the young man, who suffered gunshot wounds to the upper body, was transported to Owen King EU Hospital (OKEU) but despite the efforts of healthcare experts, he succumbed to his injuries shortly after admission. The Royal Saint Lucia Police Force has initiated a formal investigation into the matter, and are encouraging the public to come forward with any information regarding this incident via the crime hotline at 555.
