On the evening of January 25th, two men sustained gunshot wounds in a drive-by shooting at Pierrot Junction, Vieux Fort, around 8:45 pm. While the specifics of the incident remain unclear, a teenager is reported to be among the victims. The Saint Lucia Fire Service promptly responded, transporting the victims to the hospital for medical treatment. This event comes on the heels of another incident where a resident of Roseau narrowly escaped gunfire, as assailants shot at him and his family just the day before.
