The General Manager will be responsible for the overall leadership, management, and strategic direction of Hot FM Communications Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, revenue generation, and customer relationship management.
Responsibilities
- Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for both television and radio platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with advertisers, clients, and partners.
- Lead sales teams in generating new business and maximizing existing accounts.
- Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for revenue growth.
- Assist in develop and implement competitive and creative sales packages strategies based on market analysis.
- Station Management:
- Oversee all aspects of station operations, including programming, production, engineering, and finance.
- Develop and implement station’s strategic plan in alignment with company goals.
- Manage and develop a high-performing team across all departments.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Manage station budget and financial performance.
- Customer Relations:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate stakeholders.
- Develop and implement customer service strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Address corporate clientele’s complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Represent the station at community events and industry conferences.
- Leadership and Development:
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the station team.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Identify training and development needs for employees.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in sales and revenue generation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years Management Experience
